WinArj 32 is a 32bit Windows Archiver for "ARJ compressed archives", this version of WinArj is written for windows 98/NT and supports Long-File-Names. WinArj is written in Visual Basic ver 4.0, and therefore requires VB40032.DLL (396k) as the runtime library.
